Nurse performance in Indonesia has been reported to be relatively low (53.4%).

Objectives: To examine the relationship between nurse performance in providing nursing care and patient satisfaction at Budhi Asih General Hospital, Jakarta.

Methods: This study employed a descriptive correlational design with a sample of 173 respondents determined using Lameshow’s proportion formula. Data were analyzed using logistic regression.

Results: The study found that nurse performance was significantly associated with patient satisfaction (p-value 0.03 < 0.05). Multivariate analysis confirmed that nurse performance remained significantly related to patient satisfaction.

Conclusion: Nurse performance had an odds ratio (OR) of 4.5 (95% CI: 1.926–10.877), indicating that nurses’ performance increases the likelihood of patient satisfaction fourfold after controlling for age, marital status, and length ofstay.
Muhammad Reza Fahlevi Hanafi Harif Fadhillah Giri Widagdo Rayahu Nawangwulan ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-11-20 2025-11-20 15 02 1 8 10.33221/jiiki.v15i02.3888 The Effect of Nurses' Motivation and Performance on the Application of Professional Nursing Practice Models at the Tangerang City Regional General Hospital https://www.journals.stikim.ac.id.202-157-177-137.cpanel.site/index.php/jiiki/article/view/3889
Background: Nursing services are the spearhead of health services in hospitals, quality and professional services are needed by developing a Professional Nursing Practice Model. The successful application of the Professional Nursing Practice Model is supported by high motivation from nurses, so that it will produce a good performance in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nurses' motivation and performance on the application of professional nursing practice models at the Tangerang City Regional General Hospital

Objectives:

Methods: This study was cross sectional, with 90 respondents. The analysis used multiple logistic regression.

Results: From the results of the multivariate analysis in this study, it is known that the level of education and length of work are confounding. Based on the multiple logistic regression test, it is known that the OR value of 4.263 means that a strong nurse's motivation can have the opportunity to apply the Professional Nursing Practice Method of 4.2 times compared to a weak nurse's motivation after being controlled by the level of education and length of work and it is also known that the OR value of 4.054 means that the nurse's performance is low. Good nurses have the opportunity to apply Professional Nursing Practice Methods by 4 times compared to weak nurses' performance after being controlled by education level and length of work

Conclusion: The most dominant variable that influences the application of the professional nursing practice model is the motivation of nurses with an OR of 4.263.
Pipit Pitriani Fitri Arofiati Giri Widagdo ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-11-20 2025-11-20 15 02 9 16 10.33221/jiiki.v15i02.3889 The Effect of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Implementation on Collaboration, Documentation and Quality of Nursing Services at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong: Descriptive Analysis https://www.journals.stikim.ac.id.202-157-177-137.cpanel.site/index.php/jiiki/article/view/3898
Background: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is an information technology that integrates all hospital service processes through a network of coordination, reporting, and administrative procedures to produce accurate and timely information. The implementation of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) is a digital innovation in healthcare that supports improved service quality, patient data integration, and the direction of national health development policies that emphasize technology-based promotive and preventive efforts.

Objectives: This study aims to determine the effect of EHR implementation on collaboration, documentation, and service quality at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong Hospital.

Methods: This study used a descriptive design with stratified random sampling with proportional strata. The sample consisted of 97 nurses with more than six months of service. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method to test the research hypotheses.

Results: The analysis results show that there is a significant effect of EHR implementation on collaboration with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. EHR implementation also affects documentation with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05. In addition, there is a significant effect of EHR implementation on service quality with a p value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Conclusion: These findings indicate that EHR implementation can enhance collaboration among healthcare professionals, improve the quality of nursing documentation, and enhance overall service quality. Data integration and easy access to information through the EHR have had a positive impact on the service process at Mitra Keluarga Gading Serpong Hospital.

Keywords: Collaboration, Documentation, EHR, Quality of Service
Fenty Efendy Muhammad Hadi Melati Fajarini Fitri Arofiati Tini Suminarti ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 2025-11-26 2025-11-26 15 02 17 26 10.33221/jiiki.v15i02.3898
